Event Details :-
- The Dholki Garba Festival will be held for 10 consecutive nights in the city of Ahmedabad.
- The event will take place each night from 8.00 PM.
Ticket Purchase :-
- All tickets for the Dholki Garba Festival are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or transferred to another event.
- Tickets must be presented upon entry, in printed form.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals without valid tickets.
Entry Conditions :-
- Traditional attire is compulsory for all attendees to enjoy the event.
- Outside food, water, and smoking is strictly banned at the venue.
- Entry to the event venue will be subject to security checks. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone for security reasons or inappropriate behavior.
- Any prohibited items such as weapons, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly forbidden at the venue.
Weather Policy :-
- The event will take place as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, unless there is a severe weather warning. In the case of cancellation due to extreme weather, the organizers will notify participants in advance.
Liability :-
- The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and behavior during the festival.
Non-Refundable Tickets :-
- As stated above, all tickets are non-refundable. Please make sure to review all event details before purchasing your ticket. In case of event cancellation due to reasons- beyond the organizers' control, no refunds will be provided.
